The Iron Workers encourage interested apprentices, instructors and coordinators to continue their education and pursue their associate’s degree through Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana. Ironworker coordinators and instructors who attend the annual training program may pursue an Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Training through Washtenaw Community College.
